Innov8ors seeking Expressions of Interest for 2021

Startup Gladstone is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the next batch of tech entrepreneurs for its Innov8ors program.

Running from June to November 2021, the 24-week accelerator program includes startup bootcamp, mentoring and end to end product/service development designed for existing businesses or entrepreneurs that have identified a market need or a corporate-led challenge, and would like to find a scalable solution to take it to market. Job creation and skills attraction are the cornerstone of this program to strengthen Gladstone’s innovation ecosystem.

All EOI applications will be assessed against the following criteria:

– The idea must result in a commercially viable product, service or initiative.

– The idea must demonstrate positive net social or economic impact.

– The idea must solve an existing problem, challenge or barrier that inhibits scalability, growth, economies of scale or scope or social welfare.

Innov8ors is possible due to a partnership between Here for Gladstone (a partnership between Rio Tinto Yarwun, Boyne Smelters Limited and Queensland Alumina Limited) and Queensland Government (through its Advance Queensland).

The EOI process for this round of Innov8ors closes Frida, 30 April 2021 (Close of business).
